Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to join the waitlist. To use the product when it launches, you must be old enough to consent to digital services in your country.

Your content

You own everything you upload — photos, clothing images, outfit data. You grant Drip2Go a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the service to you (generating try-ons, building outfit suggestions, syncing across devices).

Acceptable use

• Don't upload photos of people who haven't consented.
• Don't use the service to generate non-consensual imagery of others.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Don't impersonate Drip2Go or other users.

Beta access

Waitlist position does not guarantee a specific launch date or inclusion in any particular beta cohort. We invite users in batches as capacity allows.

Service availability

We work hard to keep things running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI try-on results are illustrative only — the real garment may look different on you.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drip2Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the prior 12 months (which, for free users, is zero).

Termination

You can leave anytime by deleting your account or unsubscribing from the waitlist. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
