What we collect

We collect only what's needed to operate the waitlist and, eventually, the Drip2Go product:

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Photos and clothing images you upload to the app, when the product launches.
• Standard request metadata (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To contact you about beta access and product launch.
• To generate virtual try-on results and outfit suggestions inside your private account.
• To improve the product, in aggregate and anonymized form only.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't train shared models on your face or your closet.
• We don't share your photos with third parties.

Your controls

You can request deletion of your waitlist record (and, after launch, your account and all associated data) at any time by emailing support@syncafy.com. We'll delete within 30 days.

Cookies & analytics

The waitlist site uses essential cookies only. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

Drip2Go is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
